To make your life a little easier, the Discus Awards has created a list of available college scholarships.  The Discus Awards' List of College Scholarships is constantly updated, provides eligibility information, lets you know the application deadline, and even how much scholarship money you could win.

Amount: Up to $10,000

$2,000 CaptainU Student-Athlete Scholarship

Eligibility: Scholarship for all student-athletes graduating high school in 2015 or later who plan to attend a 4-year college.

Eligibility: Scholarship for current students and those planning to enroll within 12 months.

Eligibility: Scholarship for high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores and juniors who plan on attending a 4 year college in fall 2013 and register on the site above.

One Job...May Change My Life Power Poetry Scholarship

Eligibility: Scholarship for students under the age of 25 who are currently in high school or has graduated high school, and is currently attending or planning to attend college within the U.S. or its territories. You must submit an original poem to Power Poetry.

Amount: $1,000

Castle Ink Paperless Scholarship

Eligibility: Scholarship for current or entering undergraduate college students. The goal of the program is to promote awareness of the benefits of recycling.

Deadline: May 1, 2014

Amount: $1,000

WyzAnt College Scholarships

Eligibility: Scholarships for students planning to be enrolled in college or university between August 1, 2014 and November 1, 2016, who write an essay explaining how they will use their education to impact others.

Deadline: May 1, 2014

Amount: Up to $10,000

University Language Services Photo Contest Scholarships

Eligibility: Scholarships for students in college who have spent a term or year studying abroad. Students must capture a photo and write a brief paragraph explaining what they learned while studying abroad.

Duct Tape "Stuck at Prom" Scholarship

Eligibility: Scholarships for high school students who attend their high school prom decked out in an outfit created using Duck brand duct tape.

Deadline: May 23, 2014

Amount: Up to $5,000

Signazon.com Design-A-Sign Scholarship Contest

Eligibility: Scholarships for high school students and college students who design a banner that expresses the goals and dreams they hope to achieve through higher education.

Deadline: May 29, 2014
