ATTRIBUTES
Athletics
I started participating in football when I was a little kid. I was in fifth grade. I played football until seventh grade. Every year I started offence defence and special teams. In eighth grade I took a break from athletics so I could concentrate on keeping my grades up. I did this because I wanted to get into the prestigious columbus high school. I am now in high school and I am in my third year of Varsity wrestling. I have placed in nine or ten tournamets out of fifteen. This year I hope to be a state placer. My team won our city tournament my freshman year. They are now two time city champions. I'm a one time city placer. Hopefully twice after this year.
Arts
I have been in chorus since I was eight years old. Not many guys thought chorus was a "manly" thing. But, I thought I was talented. I knew I was talented. So, I joined the Columbus Boy choir. I was in the choir until sixth grade. In seventh grade I joined our middle school chorus. I was all state in seventh grade. Then I stayed in chorus until this year. I will be participating in our area literary competition. I know we will place. I am that confident.
Community Service
In ninth grade I did twenty hours of community service. I worked at a nursing home in Columbus, Georgia. It was a good job and I enjoyed being able to help out. SOmetimes the people in the home could be mean but it was my dudy to help them no matter how they treated me. Then in tenth grade I went bowling with homeless people. It was there christmas present and I enjoyed the experience. I know that it meant alot to them. It was a great learning experience. I did enjoy it.
