ATTRIBUTES
Academics
I believe that I am a great student when it comes to school. I have to admit that I don't get the best grades out there, but I do maintain a little over a B average. I am a senior in high school, and when I graduate and get my diploma, I will also receive my associates degree from the Utah Valley University. I think that this proves that I am a hard worker and really do care about furthering my educational career. I want to go into Industrial Design with an emphasis on Robotics Engineering. This will take a lot of time and work and money, I would like this scholarship so I can be able to do what I've always wanted to do.
Athletics
I believe that I am a great athlete because of what I was able to accomplish with what I did through out high school. I have been running Cross Country and Track and Snowboarding for about six years. I really enjoy it, even though it can be really tough mentally and physically. My final year of Cross Country (2009) my team and I took the state title, both girls and boys, for the first time in our school history. I have made the Utah state team, which is the top ten fastest runners in the state, for the past four years. This last year I took second over all.
Arts
I believe that I am great when it comes to art because I am very well rounded with it. I love to draw and create digital art on the computer. I would like to go into Industrial design, which has a lot to do with art and requires you to have good artistic skills. I have a couple of times been able to sell my works of art, and still get some people who say that they would like to buy some of them. I have been drawing basically my whole life. I know that I am not the greatest at it, but one of the great things about drawing, is you can always get better, never worse.
