ATTRIBUTES
Academics
I have been an honor roll student every year since the first grade. I have received an Honor O every year I have been eligible in high school. I am a member of the National Honor Society. I take college preparatory classes and am currently taking AP Calculus, the only AP class offered at my school. I have a 4.0 and am on track to graduate as a valedictorian. I scored a 25 on the ACT. I have been accepted at all three colleges I have applied to. They are: The Ohio State University, The University of Cincinnati, and Wright State University.
Athletics
I have lettered every year in football and was team captain this year. We have gone to the state playoffs 3 out of the last 4 years. I have also lettered every year in track and was All-SOC my sophomore and junior years. I went to the regional track meet my sophomore year. I also play basketball and have lettered one year. I am currently a starter on the varsity team. I won the Wendy's High School Heisman Award for my school.
Community Service
I have been a Junior Firefighter for the Madison Jefferson Volunteer Fire Department since 2009. I am able to go on runs and help as much as I can. I also help with fire hydrant testing, hose testing, etc... This is good experience for me and I think it will help prepare me for a career in the medical field. I enjoy this very much and hope to always be able to help people.
