ATTRIBUTES
Government
All four years of high school, I have been an active member of the Student Government Association. I was successfully appointed, and began my involvement in organizing school activities such as; dances, community service, and relay for life. I served as the head chairmen of the Relay for Life, Student Government group. I do the morning announcements at my school and and love to represent my school in a positive way. I am proud of what I have accomplished thus far, and I look forward to having the opportunity to accomplish much more in my future. I want to continue my involvement in Student Government throughout college as well.
Work
My leadership abilities have blossomed through my work experience. I work at a children's facility as the head manager of all booked events and parties. I am responsible for a wide range of tasks from counting, inventory, managing money, directing employees, and conducting sales. At the age of seventeen I was promoted to such a position because of my ability to handle the responsibility that comes with being a leader. I am currently the sole operating party manager of two facilities in Alabama. My job requires the following attributes: organization, people skills, responsibility, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Academics
I have maintained a 3.97 GPA in school, my manager position at work, and my leadership role of Vice President of my school. I have always excelled in school. I was instilled with the idea that an education is the most important attribute a person can carry with them throughout their life. I have always worked hard in school and tried to maintain a high GPA. Throughout the years I have been recognized by teachers for my work ethic, and commitment to the classroom. I have won several awards from teachers based on my involvement in the classroom. I was nominated by a math teacher and won student of the month from a class of 350 students. School has always been a strength of mine and I plan to continue my education.
