Community Service
For Gloria's Angels, I arranged social events with other friends for a classmate recovering from leukemia. I created Teach2Swim to teach swimming to low income teens so they could teach others to swim. Worked with New Futures and trained 5 high school teens, then supervised them as they taught basic strokes and water safety to others. Challenged other club swimmers to share their abilities with those that could not participate in lessons due to financial barriers. Project featured in School District website and blogs.
