Academics
I have a cumulative grade point average of 94%. I have been on the Honor Roll (90% or above average) every semester in high school. I recevied 27 on my ACT exam and 1210 on my SAT exam (reading and math). I completed 2 AP classes in my junior year and received a 4 or 5 on the final exams and I am taking 2 more AP classes this year as a senior. I also take honors classes. I am also a member of the National Honor Society. I plan to major in pre-med in hopes of being a doctor someday.
Athletics
Soccer is my passion! I have been playing since I was 4. I am a 4 year varsity starting defender. I have been All-State for the last 2 years, All-County for the last 3 years and this year I was All-Region as well. This year I received the News10 NBC Scholar Athlete award and the NHSCA/GTM Sportswear Athlete of the Month for November 2012. I was voted Most Valuable Player for my high school team and have been captain for the last 2 years. I will be playing soccer for St. Bonaventure in the fall.
Community Service
I have been involved in Community Service since I was in middle school. In high school I have been actively involved in Rotary Interact Club and Varsity Club. Both clubs focus on Community Service projects. This year I am Vice President of our school's Interact Club. Our National Honor Society chapter also does community service projects. We do things such as clean up parks, volunteer at local events, work with the elderly, volunteer tutoring, and fundraising for charities.
