ATTRIBUTES
Academics
I have currently taken AP courses, which include: AP Calculus, AP Literature and Composition, AP US History, AP Environmental Science, AP European History, Dual Enrollment Pre-Calculus, Dual Enrollment Calculus I, and Dual Enrollment Speech. My senior year I am taking Dual Enrollment English, AP Macroeconomics, AP Psychology, and AP Art History. Along with that I have a GPA of 4.7 and I am the top 10 of my class of 430 students.
Community Service
I have been class president since 8th grade and senior year I became Student Government President. I am a also member of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), National Honor Society, Club 2013, Memphis City Schools Student Advisory Board, President of College Bound Students, Tennessee Student Association Committee, Mu Alpha Theta, calculus tutoring, Homecoming court, Beta Club, DECA, Bridge Builders, Ring Committee, Prom Committee, the varsity volleyball team, all-star cheerleading team, the top ten of my class. I also use my time to volunteer at The Life Church of Memphis where we feed children in Memphis every other Friday. With all of the clubs I take part in also requires community service hours that I have to meet. Each year I receive over a hundred community service hours.
Government
I am SGA President and I have been the head of class and student body since freshman year. I have been awarded 3 awards for debate in Model UN and I have been elected to take part in my districts Student Body Committee. Along with that I was also hired through Memphis Bar Association to shadow lawyers at an internship in downtown Memphis for a month. I learned the makings of a lawyer and how badly I wanted to partake in the political arena.
