Open Scholarships
The Discus Awards provides recognition and college scholarships to high school students who succeed in pursuing their passions. One type of scholarship offered through the Discus Awards program is an open scholarship, which is a financial award that may be applied to the cost of tuition, fees, books, and supplies at any accredited, public or private four-year or two-year college or university, technical college, community college, or vocational school. The Center for Scholarship Administration is the scholarship administrator for all open scholarships awarded through the Discus Awards program.
