Is College Your Ticket to the American Dream?
It’s the start of another school year, and as you get your assignments, many of you are wondering, “So why am I going to school anyway?”
You might think it’s simply to get into a good college, to make your parents proud, or because it might be tough to find a job right out of high school. If you take a deeper look, you might find that you are going to school so you can live your own personal “American Dream.”
Check out the video of Wilmer Valderrama and you’ll find the American Dream has spread worldwide and people from all corners of the globe are searching to live a better, richer, and happier life.
Your personal American Dream is how you want to spend your days. Would you like to travel the world, start a business, spend your days at the spa, have backstage passes for a concert, or maybe free time to hang out with friends all day? Do you see yourself throwing big lavish parties in your mansion, or do you prefer to relax at a barbeque with friends and family?
A higher education is an important part of achieving your goals. College graduates will make about a half million more in their lifetime than non-graduates! However, don’t get too cocky with your degree, because unless you know how to save and invest your money, this added income can be quickly squandered.
Toni Braxton, Mike Tyson, Michael Jackson, Stephen Baldwin, Jose Conseco, Anna Nicole Smith, and many others all made millions, but ended up filing for bankruptcy.
Be able to do what you want, when you want by learning simple tips that will help you to grow your money without working, so that you can enjoy your version of the American Dream. Check back with us each month for the money suggestions that will help you live your American Dream.
